Through the Escolas Ubuntu (Ubuntu Schools) programme, we offer:
- A proven methodology based on humanistic values, already implemented in over 430 schools across
Portugal;
- Capacity-building experience, including training programs for educators and youth leaders;
- Strong institutional relationships with schools, municipalities and ministries;
- Impact-driven approaches, with tools for monitoring and evaluating behavioural and systemic change in
educational environments;
- A collaborative spirit, open to mutual learning and cultural exchange.
We welcome partnerships that help us amplify this impact, adapt our tools to new contexts, and contribute to
a global movement for empathy-based education.

The IPAV seeks to collaborate with organisations that share a commitment to inclusive education, youth
empowerment and human dignity. In future partnerships, we are particularly interested in co-creating and
scaling social-emotional learning initiatives, fostering educational innovation, and promoting leadership
grounded in the Ubuntu philosophy.
