Our funded Employment Support Programme "IMPACT" seeks partners committed to inclusivity and innovative solutions for neurodiversity, offering expertise, holistic and individualised support systems, and training resources to foster a collaborative and adaptable work environment for Autistic employees and their employers. These partnerships include employers both corporate and local businesses, academia, cross boarder partnership studies funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs, partnerships with like minded national agencies and services as well as Irish government officials as a means to influence policy changes
grounded in supporting change inline with UNCRPD under article 27.
